Delivery
Orders for parts held in stock can normally be despatched the same working day. We offer a range of timed delivery services across the UK, and can arrange international shipping on request.
- Delivery charges depend on the size, weight and destination of the item and are confirmed before your order is despatched.
- Large or heavy items such as engines, buckets, arms, booms, cabs and machinery are sent on a pallet or by arrangement.
- Collection can be arranged by appointment.
- Please check your goods on arrival and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
- New, unused parts in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Electrical parts, ECUs and items that have been fitted cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Special-order and sourced-to-order parts may not be returnable; we will tell you at the time of order.
- Return carriage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we supplied the wrong part.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
